We are pleased to announce that as a change of activity, the British Tugowners Association will be holding its inaugural Clay Pigeon Shooting Tuition and Competition on 6 May as the networking activity for this year’s Annual General Meeting, Conference & Dinner.
The Clay Day, generously supported by UZMAR Shipyards, is an afternoon session providing an early opportunity for delegates to connect, network and have some friendly competition ahead of the main programme on 7 May.
Hosted at Shotwick Clay Shoot, a 20 minute drive from Liverpool City Centre, the Clay Day will offer attendees a guided and supervised shooting session, during which trained instructors will provide tuition and guidance before a scored competition, offering participants the chance to test their skills. Total of 50 clays.
- Date and Time: Wednesday 6 May, arrive 1300.
- Location: Shotwick Clay Shoot, Brimstage Lane, Birkenhead, Wirral CH63 6HY.
- Refreshments: Lunch & refreshments will be provided.
- Transport: Direct transport or collectively from Conference Hotel, Hope Street Hotel. Details to be shared closer to the event date.
- Cost: £90.00 ex VAT.
The Clay Day will be followed by the pre-AGM complimentary Welcome Dinner, on board the MV Daffodil at Canning Dock in Liverpool, where informal dinner, drinks and prize giving will be held. Sincere thanks again to UZMAR Shipyards for their kind support.
