The BTA’s Annual Golf Competition, the Sir William Crosthwaite Cup, will take place on 6th May at The Royal Belfast Golf Club. Members, associates and invited guests of the BTA will enjoy a one course lunch from 12:00 – 13:30 before tee times 13:30 – 14:10. Buggies, trollies and golf club hire is available on request. Royal Belfast’s Victorian Clubhouse, built in 1852, was awarded Clubhouse of the Year 2024 by the Golfer’s Guide to Ireland. Situated on the shore of Belfast Lough, Royal Belfast Golf Club is one of only five golf courses in Ireland with Royal status and will provide all levels of golfer with a true test of golfing skill.
The Club has excellent transport links – just 15 minutes from Belfast Harbour, 10 minutes from George Best Belfast City Airport, 40 minutes from Belfast International Airport. Attendess will be able to store luggage and make use of the changing facilities prior to participating.
Following the golf there will be an evening barbeque at the Mariott hotel where golfers and attendees of the 90th BTA AGM and Conference are encouraged to network.
